From Prescott

1. Take AZ 89A through Jerome

2. At bottom of hill continue straight thru roundabout onto Clarkdale Parkway

3. Go on Clarkdale Parkway about ½ mile & veer left onto 11th street

4. At 1st stop sign turn right onto Main Street

5. Go through downtown Clarkdale, down the hill & veer right onto Broadway Street

6. Go ~1¾ mile to Tuzigoot Road (Big Brown Sign – Tuzigoot Monument) and turn left

From Sedona

1. Follow AZ 89A to Cottonwood 21 miles ~ 20 mins

2. Turn right onto E Mingus (first stop light as you come into Cottonwood area) at 89A for 1.5 miles

3. Turn right on to Main Street at the Circle K

4. Continue straight onto Main Street going thru downtown Cottonwood for 2.8 mi ~ 5 Mins

5. This turns into S Broadway Street

6. Continue on S Broadway for 1.1 mi ~2 Mins

7. Turn right onto Tuzigoot Road (Big Brown Sign – Tuzigoot Monument)

From Flagstaff

1. I‐17, Exit 293, McGuireville

2. Turn Left onto East Cornville Road for 12.5 miles

3. East Cornville Road turns into E Mingus at 89A for 1.5 miles

4. Turn right on to Main Street at the Circle K

5. Continue straight onto Main Street going thru downtown Cottonwood for 2.8 mi ~ 5 Mins

6. This turns into S Broadway Street

7. Continue on S Broadway for 1.1 mi ~2 Mins

2. Turn left onto AZ Hwy 260

2. Go 4.2 miles and the road turns to dirt (CATTLE GUARD (~ 10 min))
3. Go 0.4 MILE PAST the CATTLE GUARD and turn left onto Scroggins Ranch Road, AKA FR 9951 (~ 90 seconds.)

4. This is the first left AFTER THE CATTLE GUARD and has a street sign with Scroggins Ranch Road

5. Turn left on Scroggins Ranch Road, FR 9951
6. Follow Scroggins Ranch Road, FR 9951 down a hill, up a hill, down a hill and AT THE T INTERSECTION
7. TURN LEFT TO stay on Scroggins Ranch Road, FR 9951

8. Continue ON Scroggins Ranch Road, FR 9951 AND GO OVER another CATTLE GUARD PAST THREE DRIVEWAYS on the left to the FIRST STREET ON LEFT…PEYTON Place
9. Turn left and go to the first driveway on your left….MAKE THE LEFT TURN WIDE.
10. GO UP TO THE double gates
11. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE GATES - Park on the side in the parking area
12. DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT ESCORT PLEASE
